Waterproof pigtail cable uses simplex cable (900 micron tight buffer fiber, aramid yarn as strength member subunit. A fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member. The subunit s are stranded around the cable core. An aluminum polyethylate is applied around the cable core. The waterproof cable is completed with a PE jacket.
