They meet and exceed TIA/EIA 568A&B standards, with maximum allowable headroom, low return loss and low attenuation rates. Designed to allow convenient termination of twisted pair wire, with a compact jack design. And the shield design has better protection against Electro-Magnetics noise from outside. The U-Style Jacks easily snap into Wall Plates, Surface Mount Boxes, and Blank Patch panels for a wide variety of applications.
